Shabbat Shalom

It is Shabbat today.

This is the one day we are commanded by the Lord to rest and think about Him.

He commands us today to take a break from the craziness and sorrow of the world.

How do we do that?

There is an old saying, “Stop and smell the roses.”

Here’s something cool I learned from my grandma, who loved roses.

Did you know each color of rose has a unique and different fragrance?

Think of it! Wow!

When roses begin to bloom, go find a rose garden.

Try a sniff test of each color.

It’s so miraculous.

Be sure and tell God thanks for letting you in on His secret.

Then Smile!

I love you.

God loves you.

Now I pray you can rest your weary heart.

Shabbat Shalom.
