In the Genesis 19 story of the destruction of Sodom, there are several things which remind me exactly of what we see in today’s news.
THE PROTECTOR OF THE INNOCENT IS ACCUSED OF BEING JUDGMENTAL.
As Lot tries to protect the two angels from danger, he is mocked as being “judgmental” and threatened with physical harm.
Today’s culture of human sex trafficking, drugs, pedophilia, pornography and rampant abortion use mocking, physical threats and accusations against PROTECTORS OF THE INNOCENT in order to break down America’s door of righteousness.
Evil people declare sin is their “right.”

“Bring them out so we can have sex with them!”
BUT LOT WENT OUT AND CLOSED THE DOOR BEHIND HIM. HE PLEADED WITH THE MEN NOT TO DO THIS.
“Stand back!" they shouted as Lot stood before the door to protect the two Angels.
Then they roused up others against Lot, “This fellow Lot came to town as an outsider, and now he's acting like our judge!”
They threatened Lot, “We'll treat you far worse than those other men!"
And they lunged toward Lot to break down the door.
